Introduction

By accessing or using Active AI and its interfaces, SDKs, agent deployments, or context registry, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Our Services

Active AI provides a suite of Solana-native tools to create, manage, and execute on-chain agents powered by the Model Context Protocol. Services include agent forking, runtime orchestration, and context streaming. We reserve the right to change or discontinue features without notice.

Use of the Platform

Users agree to engage with the platform responsibly and within applicable laws. You may not use Active AI to deploy malicious, fraudulent, or illegal agents or contexts. Violations may result in access restrictions or agent disabling.

Account and Wallet Security

To deploy or manage agents, you must connect a supported Solana wallet. You are responsible for securing your wallet and any transactions or agent actions triggered through it.

Intellectual Property

All materials including the Active AI interface, branding, documentation, and open-source agent templates are the intellectual property of the Active AI team unless otherwise stated. Open-source forks must follow respective licenses (e.g. MIT, GPL).

Limitation of Liability

Active AI runs permissionlessly on Solana. As such, we are not liable for agent malfunctions, lost funds, smart contract exploits, or any indirect damages. Use the platform at your own risk.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new features, compliance requirements, or protocol changes. Any updates will be posted here and take effect immediately.
